Chris' coworker had a baby girl, so we decided to make some bibs for her. Actually, he wanted to freezer paper stencil Nelson from the Simpsons onto a bib, and I said well, I can make you the bib and then we can go from there. Apparently his coworker likes to say "Ha-ha" a lot. He ended up using a permanent fabric marker and a light box to draw Nelson. I used the Simple Bib pattern from Amy Karol's Bend the Rules Sewing.
This was my first project using a pattern from this book, and it was fantastic. It really was very easy to make. I see more bibs in my future!
Also, for Sara, another shot of Lucy and her snuggle buddy. :)

Oh she is just so cute! What's her sleep to awake ratio? Hehe. It seems like she's always sleeping in her pictures. Is it just easier because she's not moving around? :)
Well now that I'm back to work, she's usually awake when I'm home. I can only assume she sleeps all day! Last week I'd have to say she slept half of our awake time, plus through the night. It's easier to take photos of her sleeping, because you don't have to worry about what she's chewing or doing or getting herself into...
So cute Lynn. The dog and the bib. That Nelson is so funny! It's a fun idea and you two executed it perfectly!
I love the bibs! The Nelson one fantastic!
The Nelson bib is incredible!
Thanks for the picture of Lucy...that totally made my day. :)
Awesome bibs! As I remember, puppies sleep a lot. So cute!
Love the bibs, they look great!!! The nelson one worked out really well...

They're all so cute! I like making bibs as gifts haha. Lucy's cute too...is she totally spoiled by everyone in the house yet?
What a fun bib! I like the others in the photo, too.
Lucy looks so sweet and certainly seems to love her snuggle buddy.
That bib is awesome. I love it when my bf collaborates with me and wish he'd do it more often.
