Ohmygod I love this stuff. And I can't believe I'm dedicating a post to Nacho Cheese. SO good. They sell this stuff in bigger jars too, which I don't buy because yes, I'll finish it all. You can't tell but this jar is pretty much empty. I do love nachos though. Especially Taco Bell Nachos. Mmmm. Did you know that there is a site for people who love nacho cheese? Genius.

Hahaha. Nice post. ;) I have a friend who calls that stuff crack cheese because he will also eat the whole jar. He hoards it and doesn't want to share when he has guests. Hehe.

I like that stuff, too, but hardly buy it because I will eat the whole thing.
Oh man, I love this stuff! I also have a near irrational love for nachos, although I admit it's been a while since I've had them with cheese from a jar. Maybe I'll try that out this weekend. =)
(I'm a little surprised that it has 0 grams trans fat.)
mmm if you love that, you have to try this recipe, my family makes it ALL THE TIME and it's way better than the jar stuff and so easy :)
Rotel Velveeta Dip
Ingredients:
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese cut into squares
1 can Rotel Tomatoes with Chili Peppers
Preparation Instructions:
Combine ingredients; place over low heat until cheese melts. Serve hot
with chips. Can also be microwaved.
