Yes I realize this looks gross, but how do you eat frozen persimmons? I love the fresh ones, so I decided to try to freeze then and then eat them in the summer. Apparently there's some trick to it...
At first I thought it was like a chick embryo or something... (Sorry, don't know where that came from) I love perssimon, but never had frozen ones before. Maybe serve it a la mode? :) (Everything's better a la mode!)
My dad *loves* persimmons! He freezes a ton every summer and just eats them plain and thawed throughout the winter.
